Shipping and Handling
- All orders except pre-order items are shipped within 5 business days.
- Order received on weekends or U.S. holidays will ship the following business day.
- Pre-order items generally will be shipped within 20-25 days. Some delay may occur due to manufacturer delays.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking numbers to activate after receipt of shipping confirmation specially during weekends and holidays.
U.S. domestic orders:
- U.S. orders will usually be delivered in 2-5 business days, but may be delayed due to holiday or unexpected weather events.
- Applicable sales tax will be applied to orders delivered in all applicable states.
- Please make sure your shipping address details are accurate when placing orders. We cannot be liable for undelivered items due to incorrect shipping address. Shipping charges are not refundable if packages are returned to us due to inaccurate/invalid address. Additional shipping will incur new shipping charges.
Shipping service may vary based on destination countries.
Economy Shipping Service: 30-40 days.
Priority Shipping Service: 14-20 days.
UPS Worldwide service: 5-10 days. (Additional brokerage charges may be applied upon delivery )
- Please note the list of estimated shipping speed above are provided by the shipping carriers and are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Many carriers have suspended their estimate delivery guarantee due to Covid-19. Shipping speed can vary depending on destination country’s custom processing and clearance time, weather factors, and Covid regulations. These are all out of our control.
- Import duties, taxes, and brokerage charges are not included in item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
Order placed with a Forwarding Company Address:
- We strongly recommend adding insurance or receipt signature to your shipping if you choose to use freight forwarding service. There is a high risk for item getting lost or damaged during the added transit and we can not be liable. If you prefer this service with an extra charge, please contact us before ordering.
