Delayed Shipping Notice

We will be undergoing a store re-construction from 9/22/2023 to 10/30/2023. Our store will remain open during this time for browsing and placing orders, but customer service and shipment processing will not be available between 10/6 to 10/30.  Please be aware that shipping of orders placed during the indicated time will be delayed extensively.  Please take this into consideration prior to ordering.  Any cancellation after order is placed will incur a cancellation fee.  

Please plan accordingly if you need to receive an order within a certain time frame as we still have to charge a re-stocking fee for any order cancellation.  To check order shipping estimate, please contact us at 

1. About ordering an “In-stock” item (Items without “Pre-order” status in the product title or product page)

  • From 9/22-10/6 we will only ship orders that contain only in-stock items (orders without any pre-order items). All orders placed on or after 10/6/2023 will be shipped after 10/30/2023.

2. About ordering a “Pre-order” item (status indicated in the product title or product page)

  • From 9/22-10/30, any order that contain pre-order items will not be shipped until after 10/30. Please take this extensive wait into consideration prior to ordering. If your cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we suggest ordering them separately.

3. About customer support:

  • Customer service will remain the same between 9/22 - 10/6. All messages received after 10/6/2023 will be replied to after 10/30/2023. We will not be available to provide customer support such as inventory check, shipping estimate and process exchange/returns during this time. If you are experiencing any issues in regards to your shipped order such as wrong or damage item upon delivery, please contact us at within 3 business days after order is received. We may not respond promptly during that time but we will do our best to resolve the issue after we return.
